“You have outlived your usefulness…” is a good trope/cliche that I can’t get enough of:

I forget where it was (Power Rangers?), but I loved this one bit where a villain told his henchmen “You have failed me for the last time” and told him to shoo. The minion proved him right by actually scoring a victory against the good guys.

Grunkle Stan I can believe. But I expected better from Soos.

Yeah, MCU villains. I remember Malekith, Ronan, Yellowjack, fake Mandarin, and Mads Mikkelsen from Dr. Strange being so well loved back in the days considering I can’t even remember two of their names. And I remember just how well developed Abomination was, that he… was mad at Hulk for almost killing him. Oh but isn’t he back in the MCU now? Does that mean he’s not a good villain now?

I remember back when Loki was the only good villain in the MCU and it was known to have more developed heroes than villains. Seriously the hate boner for phase 4 is so stiff people really had to ignore a part of MCU history like that.

I want voice recordings of Mabel and Dipper and grunkle Stan saying “hail Satan” now.

I finally got around to watching the movie Big Eyes, about Margaret Keane, the woman famous for painting the pictures of kids with big eyes.
It was really good. The only bit that was weird was towards the end, they quickly toss in her becoming a Jehovah’s Witness.
Kind of uncomfortable but it was something that happened to her in reality, so it’s not completely out of place.
I learned some fascinating stuff about the real life Margaret Keane. Her husband, who for years claimed her work as his own, was quite a disgraced artist. The only things of his worth much now seem to be more for the novelty than actual quality. An art book credited to him is worth a good amount now, for its historical significance more than the art inside, though that’s probably a nice bonus.
