They were also a point of contention on the build up to the Egyptian Revolution with Islamists attacking them and much of the friendlier Islamic community rallying for their defense.
 
But in that post they’re not technically in Egypt anymore. That’s in Nazareth and their in the Church of the Nativity. They’re trying to flea from the Ottomans while going through Ottoman territory to get to Armenia, because a large part of Africa isn’t really friendly to the main character in that arch of my friend’s.

Between what I know from the ChipCheezum LP of the game and the port, all seems to be in order.
 
Granted, I keep trying to be hot shit and failing at it.
 
Granted, my definition of playing thus far has been to mash left and right click randomly as I WASD between random enemies, sometimes with ninja run held down. Other times missing the button for that, and hitting Blade Mode instead and messing up my rythm.
 
And then there’s the placement of some of the actions in weird spots, and I can’t map anything to my third and fourth mouse buttons. The dodge button would be most useful there, and not on “Z”. Or X, whatever it is.

I almost had it figured out, then I got distracted by Dwarf Fortress.
 
Incidentally none of the people who let me dorf them have died yet, although Nicholas Cage did create the fortresses first artifact. I also got a shit load of migrants showing up, so if anyone else wants to be immortalized with a hideously painful dwarf fortress death, let me know.

So far only a few chickens and a kobold thief who got just fucking trampled by every single dorf the minute he came near the fortress.
 
I’m not sure how the chickens died, but I’m thinking badgers. I’ve noticed a few of the fuckers running around on the map, but the game didn’t deign to notify me if they’re killing the chickens. Be patient, it takes a little while to get to the really good stuff.

I’m somehow picturing the kobold’s fated adventure as being like that of a new white guy approaching some men in Detroit. He just gets the ever loving shit beat out of him until he’s a mess on the pavement, after which everyone goes inside the ringleader’s cassa and proceeds to do… something.
