1. Meh, sort of agree. Me personally I wish they would ad a constitutional amendment that anyone can protest so long as it’s idunno 8am to 8pm(I understand the worries of what if someone protests someone that has “connections” and the protesters “disappear” when night rolls around, also that it doesn’t interrupt traffic or business and isn’t ridiculously loud. Like you could protest during daylight and people can get in and out of where they are going and are being civil and not just screaming shit at people trying to get into work.  
   As for the second amendment eh whatevs. Me personally I just think a person should have a psychological evaluation first. If someone is manically violent and things it would be fun to blow away people. . yeah that person shouldn’t have a gun.  
   For the 5th, yes yes yes.
    
2. Me personally I would have the tests issued nationally and the questions per individual randomly selected. So like for a test on a single chapter would have a couple thousand possible questions and them all randomized and not timed. So it wouldn’t matter if you tried to cheat or the teacher was trying to “help” you since all the questions would be randomized chances are you wouldn’t share the majority of the questions with everyone else.
    
3. Eh, depends.
    

1. Have a governmental loan system you as a consumer can use, BUT you have to be extremely low risk. What I mean by that is if you have really good credit, like squeeky clean, if you wanted to get a loan for a tv or something you could get a loan from the government at a lower interest rate. Companies could potentially get loans too, HOWEVER they have to be low risk as well. None of this “If you don’t give us money right now we’ll go bankrupt” b.s., if your company is high risk then no not in a million years no matter how much you beg and plead.
    
2. Governmental health insurance you can buy at a lower rate and tax free, if you have a good background and such. I don’t mean if you have good health, but if you have a history of missing payments or insurance fraud then nuh-uh.
    
3. Public lawyers for all court cases. Yes, I know where this is going “ermaghad that’s communism”, however one of the biggest problems with our court system is if you have money you can spend a ton of money on a lawyer and get away with practically everything. Basically a huge problem right now is “Screw the rules, I have money!”.
    
4. Reduce the punishment on for consuming drugs by a lot down to extended rehab and reduce the fines to just covering the court costs and rehab(not rehab visits, but rather the ones where you have to stay there), while raising the prison terms for production and selling of drugs a ton. Why? If someone is too addicted then if you just keep sending them to rehab then they won’t be filling up our prisons at the very least and won’t be costing the tax payers much money. If you send the people producing meth or such to prison for 10 years then that’s one less person producing it. If you send someone consuming it there’s still the problem of production. If you incarcerate the producers like crazy that will drive up the cost for consumption like crazy and the people addicted will no longer be able to afford it no matter what, wouldn’t be able to get your hands on it no matter how much you try and would leave you with no ways to get your fix.
    
5. Create a department of budget allocation. What I mean by that is congress, nor the president come up with the budget, rather if you want something to go on the budget you submit a request to them. They determine it’s priority. It doesn’t matter how much you beg and plead for your pork barrel to go through if it’s deemed as a unimportant waste of money it’s not getting financed.
