I wasn't talking about you. I was talking about the people who really really are into this. That's it.

I'm not 100% against it because there's the book and film called Lolita, and I'd like to watch it because it was directed by Kubrick. One thing I love about Kubrick is that he finds subtle ways to talk about issues, like technology VS humanity, violence in society, marriage issues, the impact of war in our lives, etc. And, in the case of Lolita, it's this sexual attraction to an underaged person.

If the film ends up being subtle, then yes, I think you can use art to communicate these ideas. That's the whole definition of art. That said, more often than not, many anime shows and mangas have loli characters who are dressed in a suggestive way as either cheap shock value or fanservice. In fact, that's kinda what happened in a Halo fangame.
