That's just disgusting

As for me, maybe it's just my tastebuds, but the tanginess and saltiness of condiments overpower my tongue and I don't like it.

Also, pre-op trans-men will get periods and, IIRC, trans-women who've had hormone therapy will get many of the symptoms related to periods about once a month (though without the bleeding, for obvious reasons). So periods are certainly at least feminine-aligned, IMHO.

Though, from what I've seen, ost of the reactions from trans people have been in reaction to TERFs and other transphobes complaining about, AFAIK, one company changing the design of their packaging.

The fact that 480p is still listed as "standard quality" in 2019 is ridiculous.

Everyone uses 720p at least for their videos. That should be what's considered standard.

I mean, 4:3 is still considered the "standard" aspect ratio, even though most cameras, TVs, and computer use widescreen now (though a lot of smaller TV channels are still "standard screen", it appears).

A lot of older TV shows are still in 4:3. Even Avatar: The Last Airbender was, and that show premiered in 2005.

Still, though, 720 or 1080p should be considered the standard resolution nowadays.

This. They don't even sell 4:3 standard definition TVs anymore…haven't done so for about a decade.

Yeah. It seems dumb, especially when Netflix offers a plan for "standard definition" streaming and then I watch it and it's just 480p and is super pixelated.

I mean, I remember—I used to live with my parents, who only had satellite internet and would frequently watch videos at 240p just not to go over the monthly usage limit. My comment is specifically about the nomenclature of still calling it "standard" when at this point it really isn't. Really, 480p should be "low quality," and 720p should be standard.
