Even on their reviews of albums they like, they still sound pretentious as hell. Like on their review of Kid A in which they–positively, mind you–compared the album to a miscarriage.

Me neither. The production is too repetitive, the lyrics are too graphic for my tastes and a lot of the wordplay is really dumb. Only good thing I can say is Megan Thee Stallion herself, she has a really good flow in the song compared to Cardi. There were better songs for critics to gush over like Blinding Lights and such.

I don’t get the praise so many critics dish onto Cardi B, anyway. Her lyrics are just about the same old boring rap topics, and didn’t she proudly admit to drugging and robbing guys? She’s a terrible person and a mediocre artist.
 
Megan is alright, though. I agree that she performed better than Cardi, and she doesn’t seem to be a garbage human being at least, so…

I do not believe that Kiss’s Music from “The Elder” flopped because it was a prog album in 1981. I think if anything, it flopped because Kiss are idiots.

Maybe because of how she’s the first female rapper to break through since Nicki Minaj and how she paved the way for other female rappers like the much superior Megan Thee Stallion and Doja Cat. And considering that she came from the porn industry, she sticks to what she knows best I suppose.

I have no problem with streaming. Although I can understand that there’s too many services, especially SVOD-driven ones.

I also have no particular problem for streaming. I just prefer to own the physical copies of movies, anime and TV shows.
 
Blu-ray > streaming…at least in terms of picture and sound quality.

We don’t need more movies about autistic characters directed or written by people who don’t actually have the condition.

The pop star Sia has made a movie called Music about an autistic girl that horribly misses the mark in many ways. It features strobing sequences that can overstimulate people and trigger people with photosensitive epilepsy, a condition common among those with autism; it has numerous scenes of the titular character, Music, being placed into prone restraint, which can actually kill people; and to top it off, Sia consulted Autism Speaks when creating the movie.
 
The problem is, however, that this isn’t an isolated incident but a circumstance of a larger problem. There are many, many “inspirational” movies, shows, books, etc. about autistic people written by neurodivergent people and without consulting actual autistic people before creating them, and year after year they keep getting praised. I just want this to stop.
