I’ve never believed in college to be honest. Only one I ever considered was an aeronautics university in Prescott.

I was offered a chance to go to an art college,but it was in Michigan or somewhere and my grandparents didn’t want me to leave the state.

I just hate that they expect you to know exactly what you’re going to do with your life the from the minute you step out of high school. So if you start pursuing a degree and only realize that you hate it too late, you’re basically stuck with it unless you want to spend more money and more years to switch your degree, so by the time you leave college you’ve basically wasted your entire youth away.

I’m a hairs breath from 30 and I’m still technically in school. I changed my whole career path after teaching for two years.
 
 
How else would you have spent your time? Would it have been better? Worse? Impossible to know.
 
We spend each second of our lives doing something. Nothing is really “wasted”, as everything gives us experience.
 
You did not waste your youth. You spent it as you did, whose to say you would have enjoyed another expenditure as much? Mayhaps you would have partied more, but with your admitted social hesitation whose to say you really would have. You could have ended up a bum working at a BK.
 
 
Do not dwell on what could have been. Focus on what is to be. You can make the best of your current major, or switch. Or you can finish it out and then switch. After all, what else do you really have planned?

We can’t all be artisans. We still need doctors, scientists, clerks, mathematicians, statisticians, business majors, etc.
 
 
College is valuable for those who can use it, but should not be a necessity.

I’m 28, I’m giving up on college after a couple more classes.
 
I already got skills and work. Just need to fucking do it. Maybe I don’t need much school.
 
If all else fails I’ll be a maid, butler otherwise house husband. Or someone who cleans and cooks for and changes for adult babies.

I think it’s beginning to dawn on people that Earth won’t last forever even with environmental preservation efforts, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that stuff like Mars Colonization has been a reoccurring topic in recent years.
 
Earth is a living world that is destined to die at some point, I doubt it’ll be in our lifetime or that of the next dozen to a hundred generations but it will come.

This world belongs to the roaches.

Hi everyone, i’ve been busy and will be busy for a while due to work and real life stuff happening, so i’ll be back on here about late next week or in two weeks.
 
So let’s get too some stuff too talk about today.
 
Uzaki-Chan Wants to Hang Out! is getting a second season and twitter is freaking out about it.
 
Miles Luna of RoosterTeeth fame has recently left RoosterTeeth this week.
 
If i didn’t say this already i will repeat this. A very large majority if not all that use Gelbooru and Rule34.xxx are americans, as this was stated by mods on both sites a pretty long time ago.
 
Rule34.xxx has had a increase of ghosting and ghosting topics this week.
 
Along with the mass increase of non porn memes that keeps getting uploaded, along with a massive number of child stuff, as well as a lot of pics of real life kids, young girls and pics of young teenage girls breasts being uploaded their this week and increasingly so.
 
Also relating too Rule34.xxx a massive issue that has been happening their is with sending a message too someone as many users have reported this week that they can’t send messages and get stuck in infinite loops while trying to send one, and has let too some people being unable to use the send message feature at all. As of now no update or fix on the issue there so far.

First amendment rights. Plus the Bible literally says that no man knows when the rapture will happen. So where these people somehow think they all of a sudden know, is beyond me.

Yeah, the Bible even predicts there will be many false-prophets, and boy there are many. So apparently, these guys don’t even follow it.
