He is a British-Italian guitarist and singer who was once a brilliant shredder, but in recent years became a subject of ridicule from noobs (and bloody Stevie T.) who have only seen his recent videos in which his playing severely deteriorated.
 
Why is this? Due to severe arthritis. Some people think he's shit due to how they see him now... until they cop a listen to his prolific 70s-80s output
