Scratch that, this will be his fourth appearance in something animated. He was in a few other things since then.

As far as popularity and relevance goes, he's not well-known as other heroes but at least he has some history in the Marvel universe since He has appeared in multiple comic book issues. Moreso than El Muerto who ONLY appeared in those two issues.
