Technically yes, though it’s not recommended due to how heavy the bolt would have to be, and how high the extraction pressures are. It’s why non-gas-operated systems will use a delaying action of some kind, so as to make the bolt lighter and decrease extraction pressures.

Sure! It’s only practical with low-pressure cartridges that generate a relatively low volume of propellant gasses, but sure. Look at all the .22 rimfires and pistol-caliber semiauto carbines.
 
There are engineering textbooks that touch on this topic. If you want a straight-blowback semiauto rifle in .30/06, the bolt has to weigh a minimum of seventeen and a half pounds.

Would you believe me I feel sometimes intimidated by people with guns even if I’m never looking up for problems?

Oh, I like the look of that. I thought at first the cylinder gap could be a problem with its location, but reading about it, the Six12 has a collar that automatically closes the gap and cannot be fired if the collar isn’t in place. A double action cylinder like that is also more reliable than gas/inertia semi-auto shotguns that can be finicky about loads. Very innovative.

Thankfully that’s extremely rare when it comes to basic open and concealed carry. You’re way more likely to have an accident happen on a shooting range than in town with people carrying.
