The annoying thing is having to choose between a poison field or swapped controls.

I personally went with the latter, as it was far less annoying to deal with poison damage vs reversed controls.

I ultimately went with disabling the poison field.

Also, the Tetris and Daemon x Machina Spirit Battles are now available normally with the latest update. I managed to get almost all of those last night in addition to clearing all the new DLC Spirits.

Kirby copy tier list complete for DLC 6 if Plant counts as DLC.
 
Notice that Byleth is in the middle. I think it makes sense too. It’s not an item like Links, not spamable like Young Link, Not controlable like Pit’s and Dark Pits. The only thing that save it is it’s massive kill power. Also no Cuphead D:

Plant technically counts, but most call it DLC #0 because it’s not part of the Fighters Pass.

I noticed that Gamestop has the second fighters pass listed as now being available for purchases while Nintendo only has it available for pre-orders.

I bought the Isabelle Amiibo in Amazon and it will be delivered by Thursday.

Most recent Amiibo I’ve aquired are Simon Belmont, and Richter Belmont. (Yes, I’m a Castlevania fan too.)

Princess Daisy? There were 2 Amiibo of her actually. There was the first “Super Mario” series one, (Made when “Mario Party 10” first came out) and the newer SSBUltimate edition of her in-game model. Both are compatible with SSBU.
 
Same goes for the Isabelle ones, but interestingly, if you use the orange Winter outfit Isabelle, the game will automatically have her orange outfit as the default color, instead of the green one. (Apparenty, because both Amiibo are technically different despite being the same character.)

Is BanjoKazooie’s neutral-B really that good with Kirby, or is everyone just distracted by how adorable Kirby is with his little backpack and plushie Kazooie?

I dunno, as I haven’t gotten/played him yet, but I gatta disagree with most of igotnopicks’ “top tier” picks. (No offense.)
 
In fact, frankly I kinda enjoy the “lower” tier abilities. Sure they aren’t the most powerful attacks, but some feel more practical, and the weaker projectile/shooting attacks aren’t that bad honestly.

I go with multi jumping. Kirby can jump multiple times which adds more to the gun. It’s ridicules. Yes but that is Kirby.

You mean like Falcon Punch and Warlock Punch or the Axes of Simon and Ricther.

I like those ok, but I meant I liked the projectile based attacks or shots like Fox’s laser, Diddy’s peanut gun, or Mr.G&W’s Chef attack.
 
The Castlevania axes can be pretty handy if you know how to use ‘em, or are positioned, so your opponent/s runs into them when going after you from above, or from a short distance.
 
I think whomever made that tier list just isn’t very good with those particular characters, or abilities.
 
I can understand Pichu’s copy power being considered the only “bad” one though, because it damages yourself. (Though, apparently not as much as it did in Melee.)  
Though, Pichu despite having that weakness, can be surprisingly poweful in the right hands… The first time I fought Pichu to unlock him, he totally kicked my ass. (And I was Ridley, so apparently he used his smaller size as an advantage.)

Pichu is powerful but also small enough to automatically dodge some attacks, as well as having one of the best recoveries in the game

Yeah, I like how every character is basically balanced.
 
Jigglypuff is also considered a “joke” character, (and basically was for the original N64 game) but can still be powerful if used right. Especially, their incredibly powerful Rest special.
