Huh, interesting.

I also wish Penders’ supporters on Twitter would stop trying to encourge him to sue Paramount, because that could end ugly for him. If they truly cared about him, and did research, they would see there is no issue.
So far he hasn’t persued legal action yet.

I’ve been thinking alot of the Sonic side characters will probably be introduced through the Knuckles show instead of the third movie.

I find it funny how Sonic Rush has that very funky music even though I’m pretty sure Blaze would never willingly listen to that kind of music. It seems like the kind of music only Sonic would listen to.

Apparently they’re going to include Locke.

That’s a pretty bold move. And Kelly Sheridan voices Blaze.

So yeah, its been confirmed that many voice actors who worked on MLP will be on this series.

This is the closest thing we have on a Sonic X MLP crossover lol

As for Locke being in it, hope this won’t lead to another Penders issue… Maybe the showrunners don’t know about that stuff, but you’d think Sega would nix it. (Heck, they won’t even allow any Archie characters in the current IDW series, becaise they’re so paranoid about lawsuits.)

Art Mawhinney’s art was cute, but got a bit weird later on.

Art also did storyboards for both AoStH and SatA.M.

I think I might accept this before but even it before but even if they were using characters he made he had not just he made he has no claim as the as the copyright often does not go to the creators

Ken doesn’t understand that about licensed properties. He thinks the story writer should own everything.

And I stated ironically, some of “his” characters, he didn’t even design, and Ken never gives the artists or other writers that helped him make those characters any credit. (Kinda contradicting Ken’s whole “Hastag: SupportWriters/Artists” mentality…)

Like Scourge the Hedgehog was technically created by artist Patrick Spaziante, and Dr. Finitevus was designed by artist Jonathan Grey. (Grey stated all he was told was to “make a white echidna”) so Ken is basically stealing their credit and characters.

The difference is, Spaz and Grey understand Sega and maybe to a lesser extent Archie own the characters they design for the Sonic comic.

In reality, people are encouraging Ken to sue Paramount, so Paramount could nuke him out of his misery.

For real, Paramount is a really big corporation compared to Archie. If Penders ever tries to do something, all the weight of power from Paramount will fall on his body.
