Droidekas are probably the better ones. Especially the ones with shields, normal blasters are useless against them. When they roll out they are pretty quick. Unfolded they are basically mobile cannonry. Problem is the time spam when they unfold, then they are pretty vulnerable. Also the shield isn’t perfect. Bigger weapons can penetrate them and destroy them. Also slow moving targets can get through it. So it is easy to roll a Granada under the shied, or wait until it walk under it. It probably means that they are vulnerable to mines as well. Or if you slowly pull a blaster or lightsaber under it, without getting noticed. Which probably means they have limited sensors and don’t know what is behind them.
The B2 are well equipped as well, and they have heavy armor, meaning they don’t fall as quickly as their weaker B1 counterparts. Also they have inbuilt blaster weapons, and can be equipped with rocket launchers. Meaning that they could be almost equal in firepower to the droidekas. Still their armor is much more vulnerable to blaster fire than the shields of droidekas. And normal granades and droid crackers EMPs knock them down pretty easily.
I guess their programming is better than that of the B1 as well. But the
BX Commando Droids should outclass them in this regard. Those seem much more intelligent and more competent in every regard. Since you can use the commando Droids in a wider field.
