If the entire existence of mammals was MLP:FiM, the KT Extinction (The asteroid that killed the dinosaurs) would be the scene from Secrets and Pies where Pinkie licks her eyes.
I have to admit, I’m a little disappointed. Mike Inel didn’t do his usual “Look at this cool shit I could make, but won’t. Why? Because fuck you, that’s why” April Fools’ Day prank.
So The Amazing Spider-Man 2 had people who worked on The Legend of Zorro (the movie with the divorce sub-plot and the ruler fight), the transformer movies, and the Dark Universe Mummy movie. Funny how The Amazing Spider-Man 2 fell into the same trappings of the DU Mummy.
@Broken Adam
One mediocre movie and depending on a ton of spin-off and sequels. They also shared at least one writer, so that means that he didn’t learn anything when moving onto the Mummy.
@Darth Prime
When I looked up directors and writers, I saw a Star Trek movie or two. And lets not act like that Mass Effect wasn’t just Star Trek if the admiral wasn’t interested in philosophy and just wanted to bang aliens.
@Meanlucario
I was referring to current Trek TV specifically Picard which has this let’s call it a becon that shows an apocalyptic vision of an advance race (possibly mechanical) exterminating life if synthetic lifeforms (androids) reach a high level.
It is literally just the plot of Mass Effect.
@Darth Prime
More like the prequel, since the Reapers in ME are a thing well before the events of ME, and the plot is to stop them from returning from the dark space. They also just come in, harvest the species that they can to make more Reapers, either enslave the ones they can’t or just kill them outright, and leave again until the species are advance enough to repeat the process.
