Okay, you do understand the difference between protected speech and protected speech that proves criminal intent, right?

Like, if I say "I'll kill the bastard!", that's not great. But if I say "I'll kill the bastard!" whilst choking the bastard out, it tends to suggest that the choking is not just a kinky sex thing.
