And this is not a safe haven for people who are outspokenly "not a fan of being civil to others". Dial back the general and persistent belligerence and the genocidal rants - significantly.
You keep complaining about how everyone else is worse than you, or how you aren't as bad as the worse - but believe me, that's not the metric anyone else follows. If you keep starting fights, someone else being even more of a jerk than you won't save you.
