Fair point; the USA should've been sanctioned for invading Iraq as well. And to add insult to injury Iraq was actually more stable under Saddam Hussein's leadership than under the US occupation.
Also I would strongly disagree with the USA "winning" the war. There was still terrible fighting and chaos when they left Afghanistan.
