No, that’s a hyperpower, where there is one super dominant superpower, and that remains the US for the foreseeable future. Not just because of its military either, but because of it winning the Cold War, was the entire world is now built in its image to one extent or another, especially economically. While realpolitik still exists, the interconnectivity of the world now means that soft power is also very important…which due to US popular culture is something the US also exceeds at.

Wow. I see that my future is completely brighther than ever. Oh wait, that’s right. I’m sorry. I must’ve mistaken myself.
