main difference being that the Bush administration mostly fucked up the Middle East, whereas the Trump administration mostly fucked up its own population.
We underwent a bad recession during the tail end of the Bush administration as a result of his “War on Terror”

To any mods on this thread, what do you make of that CPAC event in Hungary?
Viktor Orban being there and allegedly praising individuals like Tucker Carlson.
And how the Media was apparently kept out so that it maintained secrecy to an extent.

Bush did more damage domestically than just setting up the Great Recession.
The Patriot Act, No Child Left Behind legislation, etc.

Evil? Yes. Beyond redemption? Eh, I’m not quite blackpilled into agreeing with that just yet.
It’s honestly difficult to determine exactly when the US crossed the Moral Event Horizon though, since its entire history is just one atrocity after another.

The great recession is not Bush’s fault. That’s an old piece of misinformation. Their were a ton of moving parts, but trying to pin it on him because he was president is wrong

Nothing? Really?
Ok then…
Anyway, how about that major blow to the Australian Conservative Party?

Huh, the Conservative Party in Australia is actually called “Liberal” which is fucking hilarious and ironic.
Anyway, Labour, Greens, and Teals are pretty much on track to become new big powerhouses over there.

In a New York Times op-ed, Romney suggested strategies to face Putin in such a scenario.
Romney said continued support of Ukraine was necessary to avoid the subjugation of other countries.
Republican Sen. Mitt Romney suggested in a New York Times essay that “NATO could engage” in Ukraine, “potentially obliterating Russia’s struggling military” as an option against Russian President Vladimir Putin were he to deploy nuclear weapons.
The Utah senator also suggested that the West confront China and other Russian-allied nations with an ultimatum. “You are either with us, or you are with Russia — you cannot be with both,” Romney wrote.
“Russia’s use of a nuclear weapon would unarguably be a redefining, reorienting geopolitical event,” Romney continued. “Any nation that chose to retain ties with Russia after such an outrage would itself also become a global pariah.”
Romney warned that a “cornered and delusional” Putin could use nuclear weapons in the war against Ukraine, citing warnings from former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, Russian ambassador to the US Anatoly Antonov, and CIA Director William Burns.
Burns warned in April that Putin’s “desperation” could result in the use of “tactical nuclear weapons or low-yield nuclear weapons.”
Romney also encouraged the US to continue to support Ukraine’s war efforts against Russia. If the US stopped sending weapons and pressured Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to concede to Russia, Romney wrote, Putin would continue “invade and subjugate” other nations.
President Joe Biden signed a $40 billion aid package Saturday to assist Ukraine; $20 billion will go towards military assistance.
Romney has been vocal about his disdain of Putin since the start of the war, referring to the Russian president in February as a “small, evil, feral-eyed man” trying to shape Russia into an “empire.” He has also called pro-Putin GOP members “treasonous.”
This week, Russian political scientist Alexei Fenenko told “60 Minutes” that Putin’s invasion of Ukraine was a “rehearsal” for a larger conflict and that they were using the war to “test and go up against” NATO weapons.

There are some who would argue for a nuclear response. But there is a wide range of options, and they need not be mutually exclusive. For example, NATO could engage in Ukraine, potentially obliterating Russia’s struggling military. Further, we could confront China and every other nation with a choice much like that George W. Bush gave the world after Sept. 11: You are either with us, or you are with Russia — you cannot be with both.

Ukraine on Saturday ruled out agreeing to a ceasefire with Russia and said Kyiv would not accept any deal with Moscow that involved ceding territory.
Acknowledging that Kyiv’s stance on the war was becoming more uncompromising, presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak said making concessions would backfire on Ukraine because Russia would hit back harder after any break in fighting.
“The war will not stop (after any concessions). It will just be put on pause for some time,” he told Reuters in an interview in the heavily guarded presidential office, where some of the windows and corridors are protected by sandbags.
“After a while, with renewed intensity, the Russians will build up their weapons, manpower and work on their mistakes, modernise a little, fire many generals … And they’ll start a new offensive, even more bloody and large-scale.”
Podolyak dismissed as “very strange” calls in the West for an urgent ceasefire that would involve Russian forces remaining in territory they have occupied in Ukraine’s south and east.
“The (Russian) forces must leave the country and after that the resumption of the peace process will be possible,” he said.
Both sides say peace talks have stagnated. Each blames the other.
Thousands of people have been killed, millions have been displaced and towns and cities have been devastated since Russia invaded on Feb. 24.
Russia says it has taken full control of the southern city of Mariupol in what it calls its “special military operation” in Ukraine, but its invasion has stalled in other areas and Ukraine has been bolstered by increasing arms supplies from its allies.
A ceasefire would play into the Kremlin’s hands, Podolyak said.
“They want to lock in some kind of military successes. There will definitely be no military successes given the help from our Western partners,” he said.
“It would be good if the European and U.S. elites understand to the end: Russia can’t be left halfway because they will (develop) a ‘revanchist’ mood and be even more cruel … They must be defeated, be subjected to a painful defeat, as painful as possible.”

@Penguin Dragneel
And how does it not?
Contrail literally pointed out that both of the two pieces of evidence that he had brought forward on the subject of CRT and its serious problems are from actual scholarly sources, and at absolutely zero point did neither I, him, nor Doloresbridge cite anything in our critiques of the theory and how its currently practiced from anything other than official scholarly sources. Not once did we actually cite anything from non-scholarly sources like Joe Rogan and The Quartering.
What evidence do you have that none of the arguments that they and I made are valid that both actually and directly addresses and refutes the evidence put forth by Doloresbridge and Contrail, then?

So, the article I linked is in Ukrainian, so this post will be the translated version in English, no TL;DR for this one. I used Google Translate for this so it will likely not be the best.
German intelligence has information that members of Russian right-wing radical and neo-Nazi organizations are present in the ranks of Russian forces involved in the war in Ukraine.
This was reported by Spiegel, citing a confidential document of the Federal Intelligence Service, which was available to journalists, writes “European Truth”.
A seven-page review was passed on to several federal ministries last week.
The document allegedly states that members of at least two right-wing radical groups, the Russian Imperial League and Rusich, are involved in the war against Ukraine, and that the Kremlin is cooperating with at least one right-wing radical for its own ends. The authors of the review write that cooperation with such groups “reduces to absurdity the denazification of Ukraine” as an alleged cause of war. “
The document does not provide indicative estimates of how many representatives of such organizations may be involved in hostilities against Ukraine, but lists the names of individual units - such as the “Russian Imperial Legion”, which already appeared in ORDLO in 2014-2015, and has its own training base in St. Petersburg. The deputy head of this organization, Denis Gariyev, allegedly died in Ukraine, and Gariyev himself and several other militants were seriously injured. The review notes that they do not know whether these organizations were involved at the request and with the knowledge of the top leadership of the Russian Federation.
The review writes about Rusich that this group may be connected with Wagner’s APC and took part in the fighting in Donbass in 2014-15, and possibly in Syria. At the stage of a full-scale war, fighters from Rusich began to take part in the fighting in early April at the latest.
BND analysts have included in the document a photo of Rusych’s co-founders, where one, Alexei M., poses with a flag with a swastika, and his colleague Jan P. shows a Nazi salute. They also write about the right-wing radical Alexander M., a native of Donetsk, who in April used the Telegram to look for volunteers for the war against Ukraine. It is noted that he had previously fought on the side of the militants and worked as a correspondent for Russia’s Channel One.
