Not entirely. While some neighbourhoods where I live have grounded phone lines, others still have them up above. We're not fully out of the woods. I take photos of the sunset sometimes out in the parking lot of the supermarket I work at, and sometimes the phone lines there get in the way. That's not a huge deal though, because I can crop around them if I feel they spoil the view
