9&10 are included in the Megaman Legacy Collection Volume 2, which goes on sale cheap alot.

Though, it kinda annoys me that the word "damn" was edited out of dialogue in Megaman 7. (One of the first SNES games to cuss, along with EarthBound.)
Still the Collection is worth it, despite that.
