I don’t know honestly, as I don’t have access to said service.
 
It’s rumored the Orgin service is why EA had a recent rocky relationship with Nintendo, because Nintendo refuses to put their Orgin service on the Nintendo Eshop service. (Which ironically fans cheered Nintendo for doing.) Rumors go, that’s why EA cancelled all their game projects for WiiU/3DS, and why EA exec Bob Summerwhill went on a notorious anti-Nintendo Twitter rant. (Which included calling the Eshop a “crappy online store,” saying Nintendo should “pull a Sega,” and go third-party, their consoles are “bad,” and refering to Nintendo fans as “bad revenue for third-parties/only buy Mario/Zelda,” which is insulting to Nintendo fans, and false.)  
EA came back to brown nosing Nintendo once the Switch became a huge success though.

Origin is a decent service, but I have no idea what they’re doing with SC4 and I think at this point we should start auditing everything capitalists say.

I dunno, I hear many have had bad experiences with Orgin, as well as EA’s PR service…
 
Though, I don’t think Capitalism is the problem. If we were socialist, or even communist there’d be practically no game industry, or any game property ownership.  
The creator of Tetris sadly hardly got any money off his game at first, thanks to Russia’s old ‘80s ownership policies, and such. It wasn’t until he was finally able to get his property back, and establish the “Tetris Company” that he was finally able to profit off his own game. Poor guy.

I still haven’t forgiven them for killing Pandemic, and it makes me worried for Respawn(though that one might be their own fault since, back when they were 2015, the originally left to form Infinity Ward because EA was such a crappy company)

I’ve heard that Bioware wanted to join with EA. Doesn’t make EA any better to admit that Bioware wasn’t as good as we want to think they were.

Konami’s done some crappy things too, but at least they’ve respected Hudson Soft’s properties after aquiring them, allowed them for rerelease, (they’re even making a collectable TurboGrafX-16 Mini plug-and-play console loaded with games) and their new Super Bomberman R is genuinely good.

I am now officially playing the original Final Fantasy VII for the first time (playing it on my Switch). So far so good.

Bioware was in financial troubles until EA’s buyout saved them. Sure the rEApers will inevitably harvest Bioware and continue the cycle like they’ve done to so many before, but ironically Bioware owes them for why they’re still around today.

I got it via the Playstation Classic Mini, (yes, I got it cheaper) and I can now understand the hype over it, as it’s very well done, and I like how you can customize characters’ magic abilities like in FF6, but in a more convenient way.

I was doing a playthrough where Tifa was specifically part of the main party for the whole game, but I kind of fell off it a long while ago. I should get back to that sometime.

I hope the music in Half-Life Alyx is good.
 
The music in the trailer was pretty generic.

Gotta say the first Uncharted feels more like an action movie which I wish it had that option because fucking dammit I hate HATE the aiming on this bitch

Cyberpunk getting delayed sucks. I’m going to cancel my pre-order and see if I can put that towards Doom instead, since it’s another game I’m interested in and is coming out much sooner. I’m also planning to pick up Dragon Ball Z Kakarot. I haven’t touched a DBZ game since the PS2/PS3 era but this one looks fun.

Now that it’s confirmed HZD is coming to PC I don’t see how anyone can think this is a ‘win’ for Sony. It’s not a loss, but I don’t think PC centric gamers will suddenly want to drop ~$500 on a console when they could wait for an eventual port, if Sony’s plan going forward is to port their games to PC as well. The only reason I could see a PC player going out and buying a PS5 is if they’re impatient.

I want to delete Wolfenstein TNO to free up 50-51 gigs of precious hdd space…but I want to finish the game first…but I don’t feel like it.

Well Mike Morasky is composing, and he did the music for Portal 2 which was fantastic. But afaik Kelly Bailey isn’t at valve anymore.

He also did the TF2 soundtrack.

Deus Ex on realistic mode is no joke. I tried to go for a pacifist run but after the 50th time getting 360 no scoped by a Unatco grunt, I think it’s time to whip out the Gep Gun and body bag some bitches.
