Seriously, NO ONE is buying a game at $70. Especially during a financial recession.

I would if it was a good game that was a complete experience and wasn’t filled of microtransactions.

I don’t understand one thing thought: why out of sudden Sony decided to release one of its PS4 exclusives on PC? Is it a strategy to get PC players on PS5 so they would get the sequel? Or there’s something else I’m not considering?

I’m guessing that they had a exclusivity deal that expired.

I thought yanderedev was dead, but now seems like a good time to stop following his ‘progress’ regardless.

Uhm, Guerrilla Games is a First Party studios for Sony. It’s not like ThatGameCompany or Quantic Dream (which are releasing their games on PC after the deal with Sony expired).

Maybe they had a change of heart. Besides, the game is three years old…it’s not like they’re giving away something new and shiny.

But I highly doubt pc players will go out and buy a PS5 for the sequel. They’ll probably expect Sony to put Horizon: Forbidden West on pc at some point, or some of their other IPs. Horizon could just be testing the waters.

Reminder that Mixer will permanently shut down on July 22. Looks like its off to Twitch, Youtube Live, Nudegamer or Smashcast.tv for me if I were to go ahead and stream a video game or host some sort of web show…
