I don’t know or care what their reasoning is, trans people will say dumb shit in order to deny being trans. I just know they go around trying to dress and act like a girl for years, if it was just to date people they would have gave up quickly when it didn’t work.

Is being obsessed with women a legitimate reason to identify as and act like one? No clue, seems like kinda a personal thing.
I mean I don’t know, they do tack stupid shit onto their personality all of the time, look at the way they write their signature, every psychotic self identifying thought gets tacked onto the list.
It goes like “Christine Westen Chandler Sonichu The Goddess Blueheart of The Commador 64 Jesus Christ of the Dimension C-197 Robert Magichan King Henry the Third” However time and time again, they have no problem accepting the gender neutral, widely recognized ‘Chris Chan’.
When in doubt I just call people what they want to be called. It’s not my business what gender Chris is, I don’t want to fuck the person. Could Chris be a problem to women in bathrooms? maybe, but that applies to both bathrooms, because they are a malicious person in general. They should probably be in a male jail anyway, because they’re aggressive and sex obsessed, and obviously not interested in males.
For Chris I’ve used ‘they’ a lot, it’s a fucking case study, and the gender identity thing is probably one of the least important issues surrounding Chris, so I don’t want to get into it all the time.

People like Chris Chan are the very reason why we cannot have nice things. People who have defective grasp on what’s real and what’s fantasy are why many are calling to “police” fiction as to introduce “standards”(like hell that even makes any plausible sense in itself) into fiction. Which I personally find to edge into thought crimes territory.
It ain’t fair that the rest of us properly functioning specimens in the ecosystem have to suffer for their malfunctions.

I can only see Chris Chan will eventually become folk villain by that time, only been talked about around Western world as cautionary tale, especially for future autists who want to genuinely have good lives, and he might be completely forgotten or never been talked about in Eastern world, if humans still exists.

Given his defenders (especially who defends his wrong doings and pronouns) gave up. He should never be anyone’s role model, only serves as cautionary tale who has no redeeming qualities, who only exists to make himself and other suffer.

However it’s Chris’s fault if they lie so much that people refuse to believe them about their identity. I will just use they/them, I need to quit thinking about letting this character live in my head, it’s getting pretty creepy, so if using they means I have to think less I’ll do that.
Chris’s guilt in a crime has nothing to do with gender identity. Otherwise it would be normal for people to misgender criminals.

IMO, the tale of Chris is more of a cautionary tale to the parents of a child with Chris-like behavior. If someone makes it to college age with the self-awareness to know “at least I’m not Chris-Chan or Justin RPG”, they’ve already won.

Had he been a natural born female, I would imagine a completely different if not opposite type of attitude towards the guy. I’m not trying to be sexist here, but there seems to be a kind of societal double standard attitude that seems to give women more of a leeway in regards to the same shit committed by men. Moreover, a lot of society, especially men, find women with “quirks” quote on quote “cute” on the internet. Especially if they look attractive. Therefore they get all these white knights and simps who’d always defend and adore them no matter what.

Since many men in the past (especially when religions were born) inherit their sins to many modern day males, what a society this is. Some males eventually avoid this hellish standards by sworn to being asexual, or anything else not as cis-gender-straight-male their whole life, and it usually worked well than remaining that way, meanwhile, the incels, the ones remained straight males, are still toying with their luck and attitude desperately in a gamble with extremely low chance of winning.
