How many neo-nazis have you seen in past 2 months on this site?
Just speaking for myself, there have been 6 individuals who I’ve worked with who I thought were just trolling but found out they actually are card-carrying neo-nazies, 5 of whom were asking to promote their groups via ponified versions of their logos or promoting political events, and 1 who was just trying to push their political agenda on LGBTQ images or in the Tartarus thread. Some of them, quite sincerely, are terrified that the users of this site will find out who they are and will come after them. 5 of them are still users on the site. 1 of them is permanently banned, but keeps ban evading. There might be more, but that’s just the ones I worked with in support or PMs. So, maybe 2 or 3 a month, but we’re seeing it more now because of the elections coming up in the US. Every time the US or Europe has elections we start getting more and more people trying to either post their own political propaganda ponifications of their platform, or arguing that we should take down all the ‘recognized and not outlawed political party’ themed images ‘because fairness’.
Why would a neo-nazi want to recruit a fucking brony into their ranks?
Apparently because they are bronies themselves, but now that Russia Today and Breitbart and the New York Journal have declared this site to be hotbeds of political discourse that welcome Nazis and racists, it seems that some people somehow have gotten the clever idea that this is a good place to find recruits.

Agreed. And we keep seeing more and more sites roll out clickbait articles regurgitating what’s already been said. As the US elections heat up we’ll almost certainly see more.
When Breitbart talked about this site, I was kind of hoping that President Trump would tweet about us on the toilet some morning. That would be one for the scrapbook. But, alas, no.

In this case, I’ve been talking to that one person for maybe 2 years now trying to explain why their political party’s posters are not allowed here, and why we aren’t going to delete “everyone else’s political posters because all or nothing ‘fairness’”. So, yeah, that one person definitely is unironic about it, based on their past uploads and the comments they’ve made that we’ve had to delete. They’re literally a card-carrying neo-nazi who loves MLP.
I wouldn’t consider us prime recruiting material by most groups.
Whenever other sites crack down on them though, like Reddit, we see an uptick here. Or people who we’ve previously banned suddenly show up here again. In some ways, we seem to be kind of the ex-girlfriend that will always loan them our sofa ‘until they get back up on their feet’.
Same is true for flat-earther’s, too. It’s hard to believe they exist or care about the Brony community, but here they are. As long as they mind their own business and don’t start spamming links to their latest screed, we don’t care what they get up to.
I mean, everyone has to be somewhere.
