It's been sent. You can hide your side of it, but you can't 'unsend' it to the other person.


 
If it involves something that includes some sort of personal risk to yourself or others, or some sort of legal issue, you can write to Ops@Derpibooru.Org and ask them if they can do something on the database side.


 
But from the moderation side, we can't even see that PM unless you give us a link to it, and have no ability to delete other people's converPMsations.
