Is there a rate and amount of posting - reasonably-tagged, non-anonymous posts which one would be able to filter with a modest amount of site knowledge - which is too much, and becomes considered flooding or otherwise unwanted?

(Edit for clarity: when they're all of one general category, like screencaps, or the back archive of an artist with prodigious works, etc.)
