Anon comment being deleted seems odd to me, but as for yours, a part of Rule 6 with irrelevant parts strucken: "Do not ~~spam or~~ put off-topic content – ~~especially fetishes or roleplay~~ – in comments/forum posts/reports."
Getting into detail about past controversies is rather off the topic of an art pack image (in general, images are not invitations to talk about the circumstances of their artists; there is some leeway to mention things, but it should be kept minimal because it invites arguments over old drama).
