Blocking downvoted images

Sometimes you just plain hate some specific images and don’t want to see it ever again after downvoting it, is this possible to implement?

Blacklisting.

Blacklisting is not an answer.

Ignore them.

Can’t really completely ignore them if they keep showing up amongst the ones you actually want to see.

Make up a tag for it and blacklist that. It’s what I do.

Note that I said specific, making up a tag just to blacklist it would count as metadata vandalism.

there should be stricter tagging when it comes to non-art
 
I blacklisted most of meme-related tags and this stuff still keeps flooding the place
