The first link on this page should lead you to the discord. I’m not in there often personally, so I couldn’t tell you how busy it is, but afaik that’s how people have gotten it recently. I wouldn’t force it though, if you’re only in it for the badge you’re probably not gonna get it.

I’m not going for a badge. I want to be part of the community.
