last i checked i think it was based of the amount of images you updated, not the amount of tags changed/updated.

The badge was for drawing someones oc for th 2018 community collab. Since she drew me and my friends ocs for it, i think that would mean she is eligible for it

The animated badge is for a collaboration that ended in January (the badge wasn’t finished until now), so yes, getting it is very hard as you’d need a time machine.

(If you do happen to have a time machine lying around, let me know. I need to borrow it briefly.)
