Local pastel pony appreciation station crumbles, introduces features to appease the hard left

Well, as long as it has absolutely no effect on me, I’m 100% fine with this.

Is is fine to upvote and hide the same image, as in does hiding affect the global score of the image?
 
The top 3 All Time Top Scoring images never ever change, but I’m completely fine with the quality of those images, so I would like to hide those images for variety.

Bug with the “Hide vote counts” feature:  
Whenever I downvote/upvote, the counts appear…  
It’s a great feature BTW!

Should be easy to fix, but I’m at work at the moment, so can’t do much about it until later tonight.

So, if there is the hide feature, though ponies still downvote without reason other than they don’t like it, wouldn’t that make the down vote even more powerful against those who upload?

I mean by this: the uploader will take the downvotes into account as being actual judgement of the image, considering the hide is for those who simply don’t like it.

I tried searching ‘my:hidden’ and it’s not working.

That’s another bug we’ve become aware of. Currently you’d need to add &hidden=1 to your search when doing my:hidden. As the search bar isn’t doing that itself.

Had no idea how much I wanted this feature until we got it. There were always those images that related to my blacklist but didn’t quite crossover into that territory so they couldn’t be tagged as such, now I can just conveniently hide those images too. And I can even add a like to some good art but hide it afterwards since I didn’t quite like the subject as well. Truly a boon to derpibooru users everywhere.

thank god the right managed to beat back the creepy, evil Starlight-esque censorship of removing downvote. this hide feature is fine because it doesn’t affect others, only the individual who chooses to use it

Nice feature but it should probably put the image in a spoiler when you go into it. “You have hidden this picture. Click here to display it anyway.”
