The Pears were considered a respectable family in Ponyville. They had discipline and good manners and were fairly well educated.

The Apples especially Granny Smith though looked at them as moralistic, prudish and snobbish ponies. The Apples on the other hand were more fun loving and free spirited.

Pacific Glow (the pigtailed dancing pony from The Saddle Row Review) is Cozy Glow’s big sister. The reason why they’re different races of pony is because their mother’s a Pegasus, and their father’s an earth pony.

In the Crystal War timeline, Wind Rider was court-martialed and shot for war crimes.

My crazy G5 headcanons:

-Ivory Cedar (the balloon pony) is frequently mistaken for gay, but he’s straight as an arrow.
-Sprout’s jealousy of Hitch is driven in part by a suppressed one-sided crush on him
-the Rainbow Factory existed in Maretime Bay, though its going-ons aren’t as deadly as its fanfic counterpart
-Alphabittle has a rugged, blind, cave-dwelling brother named Betabittle, who has Beta Alphabittle’s design

MLP Analysis: In the mirror universe, the Rift is dominated by a sociopathic Dr. Wolf, a vain Lightning Bliss who revels in her cuteness and uses it to her advantage (others underestimate her because of it), and the severely dysfunctional Firebrand and Aramau. ToonKriticY2K is a humble friend to all foals, and Silver Quill is an affable sort. Mary Sue is a yaaay with an inferiority complex. Jasper Pie is very sane–and terrifyingly cruel.

And what was once the Rainbow Factory later became Canterlogic.

I could definitely see that happening, specifically because if I recall from the map the Rainbow Factory was where Canterlogic is.

Lightning Dust and Indigo Zap are Biological twins.

In another universe Fluttershy becomes a well intentioned but cruel Enlightened Despot of Equestria to rid the world of the injustice she witnessed in her life. She grew bitter about how cruel the world was and she was not going to take it anymore.

Fluttershy: Crime, failure to brush your kitty properly! Verdict, guilty! Sentence, public spanking!

Interesting headcanon.

Twilight and Rarity get along with each other very well. They’re both highly cultured and educated. They both love detail and are both workaholics. They don’t mind getting every little detail right. And they seem like they represent more of high society. They’re also a bit prentenious.

However they are also different. Twilight likes literature while Rarity is more into visuals. Rarity also understands that a little bit of organized chaos is essential for creativity while Twilight only belives in organization and efficiency. Twilight is simple and straight to the point while Rarity is extravegent. Twilight also doesn’t try to show off but Rarity does to an extent.

Just some thoughts. I wish the show went more into detail about their friendship because they are both similar and different.

Pipp used to be considered a failure because of her obsession with phones and lack of social interaction. But once she used phones for a dancer she started to use what was once her biggest weakness as a teen into her greatest strength as an adult.

G5 technically speaking is another universe.

In a reference to Zelda Twilight Princess, princess Twilight banished horrible criminals into another dimension without magic. Because the founders of those new civilizations were pricks, the segregation happened after that with ease. Just like the twili race from Zelda.

Speaking of headcanons like that: the time-travelling battle between Twilight and Starlight would be FiM’s Ocarina of Time moment where the series splits off into different timelines running concurrently in different dimensions.
