In fact the best manestyles in Equestria are stereotypically pegasi and barbers and manestylists of other races sometimes study under pegasus masters.

Behind the scenes:
  1. Though Cozy may be evil on screen, she actually is a pretty nice girl off screen. A pretty nice immortal girl, since she is actually much older than she looks. There was plans to include her story in a early draft of the S8 finale, but due to time constraints, it got scrapped.
  2. Cozy and Wallflower are related cause of two things: there immortal (Wallflower’s was a curse), and they very much have the same mom.
  3. Ponies uniquely have the ability to switch to human form.
  4. Wallflower was gonna appear in a Season 6 episode, but she had no showed (she had anxiety issues) which resulted in her not appearing in it.

The reason Dinky is seen in a flashback in “The Perfect Pear” is that she stowed away in the TARDIS (on the same journey that Rarity went on). Dinky had wandered off, and Derpy gave her a stern lecture when catching up with her. At least Dinky had had enough sense to avoid her Grandma Minty.
It was on this same journey that the Doctor caught up with the sentient Macra on another world, and Rarity whaled the yaay out of one during the proceedings.
