What if in Make Your Mark Chapter 6, Opaline temporarily takes all of Equestria’s magic?

To celebrate two years of G5, I watched A New Generation again. It’s still really good, and it still leaves me with a warm, fuzzy feeling. It’s weird to think that the movie is PG, and yet MYM goes way darker. I was especially curious about the Alphabittle scenes, and I’m pleased to announce that I noticed some things:

What if Opaline has a powerful new form in Chapter 6?

What if the alicorn on the cover of the book from Chapter 4 is Opaline’s mother? And it turns out that in Alicorn years, Opaline is just in the rebellious teen age, hence why she’s so short, she’s just a kid still growing.

Jazz having no ears is such a norm that every artist is drawing her that way too. Plus, I feel her character tag should automatically imply no ears too or just don’t use it since it’s not abnormal at this point.

G5 turned 2 years old on the 22nd. How do you feel about this gen now?

G5 came out swinging with “My Little Pony: A New Generation”. It laid a strong foundation for the different locations, and it set up the overarching theme of “rebuilding after a tragedy”. I like how the team gradually came together over the course of the movie.

Tell Your Tale started out as a fun little weekly supplement, but really started coming into its own with “Alicorn Issues”.

Make Your Mark had a very rough start. It officially found its footing with “The Traditional Unicorn Sleepover”. “Bridlewoodstock” was the low point, but it seriously grew the beard after that point, and I am absolutely hyped for Chapter 6.

The G5 comics are easily my favorite portrayal of Discord.

G5 is mostly interesting because it does so many things I wish G4 had done, but I’m having a great time.

Additionally, Alphabittle showing up towards the end to bring Izzy back to Bridlewood, while it works with his stated reasoning of not bringing jinxies upon the unicorns, is something that I can’t help but read differently now that we know about Misty - kind of reads to me now that, personally, he didn’t want to lose anypony else like he had lost Misty.

I def agreee, but ch 1 was awful. It’s the only g5 media I skip thru on rewatch. Bws isn’t the best but it’s fun filler with great songs

What if Chapter 6 shows that Sunny, Izzy, Pipp, Zipp, Hitch and Misty use what are called elements of harmony or what is called the magic of friendship to defeat Opaline?

They don’t need “elements” to defeat opaline for good, they only themselves to do just that, besides are they the elements of random objects?

I see MYM as the main show, so I tire seeing that tag all the time since it’s “normal” at that point.

I kinda wonder what Jazz keeps in that pouch

It’s pretty good, deserves more credit than it currently does but it does have its missteps, then again what doesn’t?

They’ve already referenced the Elements of Harmony - it’s highly probable that there are plans to bring them back at some point.

Love it, I’m more into G5 now than I was when I first saw the movie. Never saw what the problem was with either G5 show.

It’s pretty good.

I still prefer G4 but i really like G5 despite some of the issues

Chapter 1 at least has the StormBlazer scenes, and that one scene where Zipp’s flight glitched.
