Oh boy. Last attempt on my end:
I don’t think we are talking about the same thing. Maybe Fluttershy was mistaken for asking him to do something he cannot do, but she’s not knowledgeable in that craft at all so it’s easily forgivable that she doesn’t know that. So if she asks someone who IS in that field and it turns out they cannot do what she wants, how exactly is it Fluttershy’s fault if that person just takes the job anyway and builds something different entirely instead of declining the job offer?
You gave the car and tank example and I can see what you mean. However, you are still putting the blame on the wrong person. How would you feel if that “someone who can make cars” just took your job offer, built a car although you ordered a tank and then tries to give you that car? Because this is what happened. Are you in the wrong for asking the wrong person because you didn’t know that they cannot do it or is the person who built you a car instead of a tank in the wrong?
One party is just not knowing any better call them stupid if you want and the other party is outright breaching the contract here. Which is which?
Consider another example, a baker. This is the scenario that happened:
You want them to bake a specific pie. He doesn’t know how to do that one but does not tell you.
How would you react if they just bake something else instead of telling you they cannot do it or requesting more info, like a recipe, or researching how to do it?
Who is in fault here when the baker delivers something not ordered?

This is my last comment on this, if you still don’t see what I’m trying to say, I don’t know what else to tell you on the matter.
