Yes even if I think that Canterlot Wedding could have been improved in some areas, it is still jaw dropping experience. It felt like its own animated movie. And except for Twilight's Kingdom I don't think any other special had that same epic feel.

That Shadow Play though. Honestly the whole building up to that event was very rocky. I think Twilight acted extremely irresponsible for honestly selfish fangirl reasons. There are better ways to make Twilight both flawed and a farespongsirble. That being said I like the idea of the Old Elements of Harmony being flawing individuals. They should have went more into Stygian too. How could one make that Shadow Pony think seem boring?!
