What if Rainbow Dash had time magic?

I’m currently reading a story on FIMFiction called The Worst of All Possible Worlds. And I got finished reading a chapter where Sunset Shimmer confronted an AT (Alternate Timeline) version of Rainbow Dash who can speed up, slow down, and stop time with her super speed.

That got me thinking: What if Canon Rainbow had this power? What would she do with it? And more importantly (based on her character traits), would she use her powers for good or evil?

She would probably use if to do awesome stuff and look at cool events unintentionally causing havoc on the world and she would have to fix it.

She would not intentionally cause damage. But if she was not told so, she probably would not think about what would happen by going back in time since she is not a deep thinker.

But if she heard about Starlight’s time travel she probably would not do any time shenanigans.

Before Starlight went back in time, Rainbow probably would have done whatever.
