Are "flushed face" and "red face" different from "blushing"? Cleanup&definitions or alias needed

It looks like red face is intended for anger or exertion (and it already has aliases set up so it likely means something) but is getting applied to a lot more than just that.

blushing profusely would be the “blushing” alternate to that, but I see it getting applied on pictures that I would have ranked as ordinary non-profuse (ie. non-full-face) “blushing”.

flushed face looks like it might have been originally used for drunkenness but that’s a minority of pictures tagged with it, now. I could also see it being the less-extreme counterpart of “red face”, such as for exertion, cold, sickness, etc. but again, it’s really mixed up with “blushing”.

Thoughts?
