And/or additionally, bringing over the original description from the source if the image has one. Does NOT apply to the uploader adding several to a dozen tags after originally uploading with minimum to bare tagging.

I have a question, but are the "[`high res`](/tags/high+res)" and "[`absurd resolution`](/tags/absurd+resolution)" tags based on the amount of pixels? For example, should a 1500x3000 image be tagged as "`high res"`?
Reason: Changed tag style.
