Obviously I have no say in the matter, but I don't see why anyone would need a 4K upscale of such an undetailed (show-accurate) image. I'd say delete the new one.

Ah, I assumed it was the artist signature. It's extremely confusing when tags have meaningful pairs without knowing the context.
