In general the contents of cutie marks are not tagged, if it's on a character. If it's just standing alone as a closeup or the image of the mark itself, sure.

This is my personal opinion.

In general the contents of cutie marks are not tagged, if it's on a character. If it's just standing alone as a closeup or the image of the mark itself, sure.
