Yeah looks like a classical hippogriff, with avian parts in the front and equine parts in the back and an avian or equine or leonine tail.
To be non-classical, a hippogriff would need to have the avian/equine features in some other order (like having a more pony-like head instead of an avian head), features mixed throughout (more like a hybrid), or some other clear deviations from the classical form.
