I just checked now, and over two thirds of the images tagged with “princess skystar” have her as a sea pony, or otherwise not a hippogriff.
 
(A round 70%, to be precise.)
 
Also, what @Background Pony #A0C1 said. Character tags don’t imply species tags, partly because of situations like Skystar’s, but mostly because there’s a lot of humanized and species swap art on this site.

Ok fair enough

There seem to be a great deal of images tagged under artist:sensko that should be tagged pencil drawing. Mostly they would also be the ones tagged with grayscale.
 
I bring this up here instead of doing this myself because there are a few pages’ worth of the images in question, and I’m told this a situation where it might be easier to just ask the mods? On account of them having mass tagging tools, I mean.

Zeb barked at me when I asked about doing that exact same thing for artist: baron engel, so I just did it myself when I had the time and bandwidth available.
 
Look at it this way– it would put you that much closer to a Cool Crow badge without even having to get it the easy way!

If there is vulva and ovipositor (not penis, but female reproductive organ) in the picture, then how it could be “futa” and “intersex”? Kinda looks like a penis, but technically it is not as far as I can understand.

Keyword “technically”.  
It looks like a penis, it’s used like a penis, it’s placed where penis normally is, therefore people will consider it a penis.  
That said, it was missing “herm” tag.

Should every image with (correctly drawn) goats, deer, sheep, and cows, et al., have the cloven hooves tag– what with all~~’em bein’ clove-hoofed-~~ or is that being reserved for just Ponies with cloven hooves for easier searching?

I don’t see why it has to be species exclusive, I’ve tagged it on sirens a lot, so I think it applies to anything with cloven hooves, provided they have them in the image, of course.

I could swear there was already a tag for this but at least with the searching I’ve done I couldn’t find one other than the single use boobs and butt pose, which I suppose could become the tag if no one minds.

Its common name is “boobs and butt pose”, AFAIK.

“swivel waist” is also usable if you want to be more specific than “broken spine”

on a side note, it’s nice browsing some combos of t&a tags and seeing so few b&b poses

Looks like the new Tails of Equestria expansion has been released in the US now. It still uses the same shop description with the same species names as the EU release.  
If someone with the book could now confirm they are also actually used in the book, then we can finally create/alias the proper species tags for the movie species.

“Pictures drawn for the drawthread on /mlp/” or “Pictures based on requests from the drawthread on /mlp/” or something like that.

Is there a tag for half-draconequus characters?

Kinda yes, kinda no. There’s a general Hybrid tag for any and all hybirds. But for the most part, we use the Draconequs tag for that sort of thing too.

Does this sort of thing count as craft?
