I missed that. Thought it was curious that she didn’t have a name. Maybe they should be aliased.

There’s a couple background ponies from “Winter Wrap Up” that are still green tags, Wind Chill and Bluebird Happiness. They were both named by one-user tagging sprees and without any discussion I could find, but given that they’re one-shot bit characters with less than four or five images each who haven’t seen use in either fanart or the show itself in years, I think it’s probably fine to keep them as they are.

Both of those appear to be MLP wiki names. The latter has been around here at least 6.5 years, based on the tag changes. The former has been in existence for 5 years over there, but just got introduced over here within the last year. I would make them blue–I just don’t think such minor characters are worth naming contention.

All background ponies may eventually be named, no matter how brief their appearance. We have already named pretty minor background ponies, and these names are blue. And a name is a name and should be blue. (You wouldn’t believe what ponies appear in fan art or comics eventually…)
 
Besides, if they already have a name on the wiki, why give them new names here?

Mainly due to the fact that some of the names on the wiki aren’t good? Not to mention, it lets people off the wiki come up with names for characters that would otherwise go completely unnamed. Plus, the wiki tends to drag itself when naming characters on top of that.

Since this is a version of Rainbow Dash that appears in Pinkie;s imagination and isn;t ACTUALLY Rainbow Dash.
 
Same goes for Midnight Sparkle, should she get her own character tag too, or should both of them not get the character tag?

Midnight Sparkle has a better chance of getting such a coloring since it’s a named variant of the character. Evil Pie-Hater Dash is, IIRC, a fan name. From what I understand, fan names for alternate versions of a character aren’t colorized.
