The tag cyclops pony is a character tag, most of the images are not related to the animation error. What do you think, this tag should be a character or a species?

Apparently she’s a toyline character who also appeared in the comics

Comics and merch (from what I’ve seen) call her “Bumblesweet”, I assume Honey Buzz is a fan name but if you know of any sources for it that might justify an name switch let me know.

first person to ever post this character i’m pretty sure, but this is a background pony named Purple Stuff who appears once in the show. there is one other image with the tag but it isn’t for this character. could he get a character version of a tag?

Is there a requirement to have ponies that only appear as toys get character tags? I want to post two g2 ponies simply called “beach pony” and “countryside pony” in merchandise and was wondering if those could get character tags.

A character from a ghost story in the newest G5 comic. Nagathine is her real name.

Hey we were talking in the G5 thread, we’re wondering if it isn’t high time to have Misty’s full name Misty Brightdawn as her default, with Misty as the nickname.

The Brightdawn name has gotten used in merch and one of the books by now.

I mean Trixie is tagged as trixie rather than trixie lulamoon but also Truffle is tagged as truffle shuffle rather than just truffle so it can go either way. I would personally choose whichever one is used the most in the comic.

Yeah misty should really be updated to misty brightdawn, shes the only main character to not be tag updated to her full name. The m5 all have it, sparky, and opaline do as well but not misty

Ah, that explains why I never heard her name in any of the MyM episodes. Now I understand.

But this seems to be what they’re sticking with.

Perhaps. Still, I do wonder why the writers of the show never made it official in MyM or TyT yet. Maybe they will do that in the upcoming season of MyM?
