Merge "turtleneck sweater" with "turtleneck", or un-imply "sweater" from "turtleneck"

Currently turtleneck implies sweater.
If this definition is decided to be kept, turtleneck sweater should get aliased to turtleneck.

However, I have already been vexed by the roadblocks to tagging shirt-based clothing that incorporate turtleneck collars, also colloquially called “turtlenecks”, like in >>2673550, or as famously worn by Steve Jobs.

I might instead propose that “turtleneck” lose its implication, and describe only the collar style, free to be used with either “shirt” or “sweater” tags as appropriate - or if people really want pre-associated tags:
turtleneck shirt implies-> turtleneck, shirt
turtleneck sweater implies-> turtleneck, sweater

Works for me. Removed sweater implication, added implications to turtleneck sweater.
