To be honest, these tags you’ve created are the only ones where more than three characters are specified. Just use the tags you’re asking to be implied… I mean, you can search for more than one tag at once for a reason. :D

Well, the reason I made the tags was because, say, an orgy image might have all four, but futa on futa and futa on female could be separated, unlike in an image like >>1356035.

These tags you made don’t need to exist, they are too specific, and I see you didn’t make any with males in them, so at the same time, you’re not specific enough, as futa on male exists too, plus all the other variations to orgies with normal genders as well.
 
This is just way too specific and arbitrary to be useful to anyone, I’m afraid.

I didn’t mention futa on male because I haven’t come across any three-way futa-on-male interactions in pictures.  
How about a compromise—all three of the tags in the first post can be aliased to something like two futas one female, which means we’d only need five tags for any possible combination, those being:
 
two futas one female: aliased with female on futa on futa, futa on female on futa, futa on futa on female and implies futa, female  
two futas one male: aliased with male on futa on futa, futa on male on futa, futa on futa on male and implies futa, male  
two females one futa: aliased with futa on female on female, female on futa on female, female on female on futa and implies female, futa  
two males one futa: aliased with futa on male on male, male on futa on male, male on male on futa and implies male, futa  
female-futa-male (or something of the like): aliased with female on futa on male, female on male on futa, futa on female on male, futa on male on female, male on female on futa, male on futa on female and implies female, futa, male
 
(note that a significant amount of the tags here don’t exist (yet!))

It is not possible to multi-alias. Even if it were, I don’t think this is desirable as it makes the tags even more crazily specific.

I believe the tags you’re looking for can be accomplished by adding the tag “threesome” to your search with the currently existing futa tags.
