Pink Horsecock: implications set.
 
Flaccid: I’m unsure about. As there’s several pictures either with them still being clothed, or referring to Twilight’s horn.
 
Sheath: I’m pretty sure that one’s a No-go. As a sheath by itself is only Questionable rating, while a Penis is explicit.
 
I’ll leave this open for some others to weigh in on flaccid.

not really sure why some would use it for twilight’s horn haha. i mean, i get the idea but almost all of the pictures i see with ‘flaccid’ refer to the dick. maybe ‘flaccid horn’ would be more appropriate to separate?
 
also fair enough with sheath, although not sure why it’d be questionable since it’s a sheathed penis, and ‘penis’ is explicit.

I had actually asked that myself not 2 days ago. And the response I got was about how sheaths on animals aren’t considered explicit in media.  
And how pictures like this aren’t explicit:

Also not all images of a sheath include a penis, and they usually don’t, plus people looking for a sheathed penis probably aren’t looking for just a penis itself.

The best answer I have is that it’s a natural counterpart to bulge which is questionable, in the sense that “yeah, there’s a penis under here, but you can’t see anything, it’s just a lump.”
