Some Touhou tags to merge and imply

This is still on my list. I’ve only got about a few more days of projects ahead of this, so I might have it done for Christmas :)

Well, in that case, I knew it will keep being postponed.

We might miss some unknown Touhou/MLP images again (and there were some) if it doesn’t have auto implications, unless its with characters with already implied.

I’ve already spent several hours validating your suggestions, but this is not a critical problem - it’s something that would be nice to have that affects very few images and few users. When I have no more critical tasks to complete, then I’ll spend more time on it.
